Apply And Educate is under no obligation to monitor the documents posted on the Website, but it may monitor documents at random. Documents found to violate the above posting rules may be removed at Apply And Educate’ sole discretion.

5.3 Security Rules
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including without limitation: (i) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (iii) attempting to interfere with service to user, host or network, (iv) sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.

5.4 Subscription Packages
Users need to purchase a subscription package to post jobs and contact other users within the Website, all these packages expire after 1 year of purchase and all remaining job posts and contact cards also expire within this period regardless of when the job post was posted or when the contact card was used, everything expires within 1 year of subscribing to a package. Once a job post is posted, it expires after 30 days, it can be reposted again, but this will take one credit from the amount of job posts available. You will be billed automatically through the credit card provided yearly, unless you cancel before the next billing period.
6. No Warranties
THIS SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED BY APPLY AND EDUCATE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.
